2009年12月7日歐盟ECHA于發(fā)布公告,確定將15種新的SVHC增加到候選清單中,準(zhǔn)備在2010年1月正式列入候選清單。

新的15種SVHC在2010年1月列入候選清單后,與第一批15種SVHC一同構(gòu)成30種SVHC,當(dāng)30種SVHC中的任何一種:
1、作為物質(zhì)提供給下游客戶時(shí),必須說明該物質(zhì);
2、在混合物(配制品)中濃度≥0.1%時(shí),必須向客戶提供SDS說明該物質(zhì);
3、在物品中含有率>0.1%時(shí),必須向客戶或消費(fèi)者說明該物質(zhì)(至少說明物質(zhì)名稱)。
